The office lady did not email us back to confim time of pickup and after 6 phone calls that cost me extra euors.
The drive was on time.

Pick up arrived on time but I think this was only because I spoke to him sternly about not turning up to collect me on arrival to Seville. I asked him not to disappoint me twice and thankfully he didn't.
