The sunrise camel tour takes place at the time the hot air balloons take off. However, please note that the flight of hot air balloons may be canceled due to weather conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
