We had a 1pm eBike tour scheduled on Saturday and I was asked by Austin on Thursday (2 days before) to change the time to 9:30am. I had to switch another tour, but the time worked out.
We met Matt and he was very informative, professional and knowledgeable. He kept everyone involved and comfortable. Really great guy.

We've lived in Nashville for 1.5 years and decided to explore the city to get new insights. This tour was fun, informative and relaxing. The e-bike makes it easy to navigate the hills. Austin is a wonderful guide with an easy manner and interesting stories about the history and places. We especially enjoyed Fisk Univ, Union Station and Bi-Centennial Park.
Btw there is parking behind the bike shop and you don't need to bring anything. Water, helmet, etc. are provided.
