Amazing experience!! Beautiful and breath taking location. We booked this class when staying on the Amalfi coast. Drove our scooter to their parking lot across the street and walked up the stairs to the Heaven Gardens!! We were met right way down stairs and at the top. Started off with a nice fresh lemonade while we waited for the others. Once everyone got settled our guide Francesco led us into the garden. He taught us about the way of growing the vegetables and everything. He let everyone in the group even pick some vegetables from the garden before we moved to the kitchen.
The kitchen is all open air so wear something comfortable! There you will meet with a few other chefs and learn how to cook! All the ingredients are so fresh, coming from either their gardens or local farms. Everyone will make appetizers to eat and then you make the entree after (we made Gnocchi which was such a fun process!) Everyone has a job to do and you will be busy! There is unlimited water and white wine.
The staff makes everything so fun and enjoyable. At the end you get a toast of Limoncello, family recipe, and diplomas that you graduated the class haha! This was such a great experience!! Francesco honestly made it, he was hilarious and so engaging. 10/10 experience, everything was so fun!! Loved it!! Will come back for sure if we make it back to Amalfi.

We absolutely loved this class! The staff (Francesco, Fabio, and Nichole) was phenomenal and engaging! The food was amazing and we were sent home with the recipes to cook again. The scenery was unbeatable. This was one of our favorite activities on our visit to Italy! Would 10/10 recommend!

After reading many reviews, I selected this experience to enjoy with my parents (65+), husband, and daughters (18 & 20). Our class time was 3:00 p.m. and we stupidly walked the 2km from Amalfi. It was all uphill or stairs. Pro tip - take a taxi!! We arrived exhausted and sweaty, but all of that melted away when we were served cold lemonade under the shade of ancient olive trees. The gardens, view, and grounds are spectacular! Addie (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) was an effusive host who made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Hugo, the chef, and Alessandro, the sous chef, were excellent instructors who easily got everyone involved and laughing. The chemistry between the 3 of them made us feel like we were visiting with family. Our menu was vegetarian to accommodate my husband and daughters. The combination of ingredients was new to us and absolutely delicious! We made maybe 8 different vegetable appetizers, stuffed zucchini blossoms, bruschetta, and gnocchi. The fresh ingredients made this our most delicious meal in all of Rome and the Amalfi coast. Do not hesitate. Book it! Grazie mille for an experience that will last a lifetime. And thank you to Addie who arranged a taxi for us to ride home in air conditioning 😁

We genuinely enjoyed the class; lots of friendly similar-minded couples. Lots of laughter, delicious food, free flowing wine and stunning scenery. Interesting food education.
We had anticipated doing more in the kitchen - between two of us we peeled potatoes and sliced fennel.
Moving forward the class would benefit from a more light-hearted hosting style.
I suggests Francesco removes some remarks (racist and nationalist) from his hosting as this made us feel uncomfortable.

Our host was amazing in every way making the group laugh many times. We all had a great time making our food and eating our creations. There was an amazing view as well of the coast on top of it all. Definitely would recommend!

What an incredible experience! Was recommended to us by friends who came last year and it certainly lived up to expectations. From the garden tour, sampling and picking our own produce, to the class itself, the free-flowing wine, the meal, and of course the real superstar - the epic views of the Amalfi coast… every moment was thoroughly enjoyable and we wanted to stay forever. Silvio and his team were so friendly, enthusiastic and excellent teachers. Highly recommend and would come back!
