I wouldn’t book with that boating company anymore . A lot of hidden fees . They overcharged us on golf cart . We could just booked it our self on street for cheaper . We did enjoy boat ride but they picked us up two hours late from hotel.

Fabio and his crew are amazing. They truly made the best out of our day. The weather was difficult at times but that’s to be expected this time of year. We were treated so well and truly entertained throughout the day.

The catamaran did not have shade, all in full sun, the covered part was exclusively for the workers' use and nothing to do with carrying glass beer bottles. The food on the island 🥴not tasty at all..
The crew is more interested in you tipping them than providing good service.

The ad was a bit misleading and we didn't feel like we got what was described. We were packed like sardines in the catamaran. The ride was uncomfortable and cramped. The time we spent in the ocean while 5 people did the parachute was hot and boring. The open bar was sharing a bottle of warm, cheap beer, no offer of water and not enough drinks for everyone. The beach was beautiful but it was all a tourist trap to buy junk, not an afternoon at a beach club like we hoped. The staff was nice but I would not do the tour again.

We waited 2 hours for them to pick us up from our hotel, and they never showed up. Was a struggle to ask for a refund.

I took a tour today with my family to Isla Mujeres. The experience was not worth it at all, it is advisable to take the ferry to the island and spend the day on your own.
We spent more time on the catamaran than on the beach. We were promised access to a beach club with a buffet, which was deplorable, with a dirty beach and mediocre food. The guide named Cruz believed he had the power to respond badly to tourists when they asked him to repeat the information, treating them rudely.
They made us swim 4 meters deep without any protection. Not recommended.

The trip was wonderful! The crew did an excellent job and it was a full day of adventure. They even had a sail that they tied to the boat with a bar that you could hold on to and then backflip off of it.
If you go, you will not regret it!
The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was how we were treated at the end.
We had brought $20 for tips however one of the stores we went to did not accept credit card which we did not realize until after we had made an order. This meant that we spent $10 and only had $10 USD left.
We did feel that the crew deserved a good tip however due to this unexpected expense, we only were able to put $10 in the jar. The crew member Poncho held it up and shamed us in front of everyone stating that he would have expected $100 for a tip. It was embarrassing and I would have been happy to tip more if it had been possible. We had purchased the photos from one of the crew members which were wonderful.
I have worked for 5.25/hr but have noticed that entitlement is replacing gratitude in several places. That said, it did make me even more grateful for the other tour guides we had on other excursions.
We would recommend the trip but with another guide.

My group enjoyed this day as a whole. There were a couple undesirable moments that were unpleasant but overall good day and experience. There was an issue with the boat that caused us to have to join another boat which made it extremely cramped. We needed up squished on the side of the boat and got a foot injury. Snorkeling itself was pretty epic. Beautiful waters are reef. The food at the stop was pretty bad. None of my group ate more than 2 bites. The server was demanding about a tip. We intended to tip but for it to be demanded was cringey. More unpleasant was the stop to the island marketplace. We were SWARMED by people selling items. We respect the income generation tourism gives but to be pounced on like meat was a different story. There seems to be an arrangement with the guides for this stop to occur. We recommend staying on the beach in the water.
No communication from your operator for questions sent a week and days prior leading to excursion. Had to have Viator customer service step in to get a response.
Crew staff was fun. Drinks were ok. Pretty ok day.

The crew was great and so was the experience. It’s a long day with many activities and downtime. If you’re not ready for a 7 hour excursion- not for you but you’d miss out! Flavio, Chino, Nancy and the rest of the crew made this amazing!
