This was by far the best excursion we've taken! The crew was amazing, took care of everything and made sure everyone in our group (ages 1 -78) had a great time.
We will definitely use them when we return to Cozumel.

The staff was wonderful! The boat was old and not as described. No air conditioning which is why we rented. We had an older person that needed out of the heat. The bedrooms were used by staff. We could not use. The bathrooms when you flushed sprayed water directly at you. I loved the staff they were amazing and why I have 2 stars, but we would have never picked this boat and paid the price we did. I believe we should have some type of refund.

5 stars are not enough for the experience and service we received. Me and my group of 15 women a great time. The crew, led by Louis, were amazing. The food was 👌🏾. I would definitely use them again whenever I'm in Cozumel. I would recommend them 1000%

Our charter in Cozumel was the highlight of our cruise. Everything was perfect. Staff was amazing and attentive! Food was delicious! We had six children from 4-9 years old and they were so patient and kind. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Don’t hesitate to do this! Getting a cab to and from marina is very easy and it was a big concern for me! Easy peasy!

Excellent trip. Only issue was the sand bar… we didn’t pull up close enough for everyone to safely get off the boat.

The crew with First Lady Charters on the Nemo was simply amazing. They went out of their way to ensure we had the best day possible, even when it started raining. The food that was prepared included some of the best-tasting fish, shrimp, and chicken we have ever eaten, not to mention the fresh homemade tortillas and guacamole. I highly recommend First Lady Charters and the Nemo Catamaran if you want an awesome day on the water. My only recommendation is to bring your own snorkel gear for those with small children or adults with small features. The masks provided were too large to make a good seal for several of us. Regardless, we had a great time and we did not let it spoil our day.
