What an amazing day! We were picked up at our hotel, stopped for a quick wine tasting and honey tasting and then headed up to Etna. We took the cable car up and then did the jeep tour and a hike to see the craters, the scenery was stunningly beautiful and other worldly. We then checked out a lava tube with our guide and then headed to a local winery run by two brothers that was incredible. We tasted four wines and had lunch there which was one of our best meals in all of our time in Sicily. It was super casual and intimate, just the two of us sitting outside in the peace and quiet at the winery enjoying the slow good life of Sicliy. Our guide Corrado was fantastic, highly recommend this tour!!!

We had a fantastic tour guide~Alessandro! He knew exactly the routes to take in the breathtaking views of Mount Etna. His knowledge of the history made our tour extra special!! We stopped at specialty shops along the way to a winery/vineyard on the mountain. We enjoyed the local wine tasting and tasty Italian cheeses and snacks. The vineyard was spectacular!! We were taken on a mini tour of the vineyard on a golf cart~so fun! This tour is a must!!!!

Alessandro was excellent. The tour was great even though it was changed from what was expected.. He was so very accommodating and made surprise tasting for us in local store...I would highly recommend this tour. Alessandro was 5 star...!!

What a fabulous day! This tour was chosen to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it turned out to be one of our best days in Italy. Our guide Davide was so knowledgeable and went out of his way to made every part of this day special. From the interesting honey and wine stop to the Mt Etna cable car and drive to the top, we were able to choose exactly what we wanted to do. The vineyard and winery at the end was the icing on the cake. Our guide was so attentive to every detail. We enjoyed our driver Anthony as well. He was a great driver and considerate of making sure we were comfortable. This company communicated so well and if you have the opportunity, let them show you the jewel of Sicily. Mt Etna was stunning!!! Thank you again Davide!

We had a great day tasting local honey and olive oil then exploring a lava cave and some of the craters of Mount Etna in the morning and then visiting one of our favourite wineries in the afternoon. I love that the tour was able to be personalised and our guide, Corrado, was very knowledgeable about the whole area. We would definitely book again next time we’re in Sicily!

Alessandra was a phenomenal guide. She made the day kid friendly and took us along the more secluded northern side of Etna. We stopped at a small vineyard and experienced a delightful wine tasting and a tasty Italian meal. We highly recommend this tour!

What an incredible experience with our awesome guide Elena. We were able to do so much in one day. The trip to the volcano was fascinating. Definitely go to the top in the cable car and 4x4. Then a stop at a honey and wine shop. Then the winery was fantastic, great wine and food in an old building with the original wine press in it from the 1800s. Then they allowed us to add a trip to the Gole Alcantara to finish our day which was really beautiful and like nothing we've seen. But the best part was our guide, Elena. She was so laid-back, entertaining, and knowledgable and went out of her way to make sure our experience at each spot was perfect. She helped us navigate around crowds and lines at the popular attractions, bought our tickets for us at the spots that required them, and was just such a lovely guide. We felt so taken care of, informed, and we just loved her personalty and charm.

I loved the drive seeing how the foliage changed as we neared Mt. Etna. Alessandro our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made us comfortable. We enjoyed the wine tasting and lunch. Ordered a case to be shipped home.

Let me say that of all the excellent guides we've had , Mauritzio stands apart. His vast historical knowledge along with his warm and welcoming personality made for a special afternoon and experience. It's as if we were the special students on an exclusive field trip with our favorite professor.
I hope our paths cross again very soon.
