Chef Davide's cooking class takes place in an easy- elegant environment, you will be guided from the welcome drink to the desert. A completely hands-on experience where you will learn the time-honored secrets of pasta making. Let yourself be carried away as you learn how to cook the perfect Roman sauces with fresh local ingredients!

My daughter and I were in Rome for a few days before a cruise and took this trip. I booked it for a cooking class based on the positive reviews and we loved it! We met a great group of ladies who were all going on the cruise and we had a blast. The food, lesson, and wine were fantastic in addition to the hosts. We also took a little car to go see some beautiful fountains and grounds. We didn’t know about the fountain portion so it was a very nice surprise. This was a great experience for us, thank you so much Chef Davide and family!!

Entertaining and educational. We made two kinds of pasta and many friends. Chef Davide and Elena were super hosts in their rustic country home. Afterwords, we toured Villa d’Este on self guided tour. It was splendid!

Wow! We truly enjoyed this authentic experience with our girls. Chef Davide and Elena were a great duo from start to finish! It was so fun learning how to make pasta and sauce as well as, ravioli and filling, while also trying bites from various regions. I generally eat a lot of bland foods, but they awakened my sense of taste and smell with aromatic oil and fresh spices picked right there at the villa, and now I want to explore more foods like these! This was the last of our experiences while in Rome and it was one of the best experiences for our family!

Our day with Chef Davide was spectacular! The transportation was timely and comfortable. The location was welcoming and beautiful. The lessons were informative and entertaining. And the food was perfection! Davide really knows what he’s talking about! He understands food science and makes it simple for novices (like my family). We have four kids ages 7 - 20 and all four said this was their favorite day in Rome during the week they spent there. After our time together, Davide took us to Villa D’Este. It was a beautiful estate to walk around after all of the food we ate. This was a day that engaged all of our senses - and every moment was a treat!

Wonderful and unique experience in the home of Chef David and Elena. After a warm welcome, the cooking tour of regional Italian food and wine began. They provided insightful and easy to understand background information on the dishes and beverages with a smile. They were attentive, and the cooking experience was good for people of all skill levels. They provide very high quality, fresh ingredients, and the result was an enjoyable afternoon and meal. Tivoli is also a very beautiful town worth a visit. We recommend this experience highly.

By far the BEST experience! A MUST do! Davide and his family are beyond kind and generous. The food and wine were plenty! Lucy and Ro were also amazing! This is a once in a life time tour!

Chef Davide and Elena (as well as their 2 dogs) were the most gracious hosts. This was an incredible experience start to finish and we had the best time! We made 2 different types of pasta, used fresh herbs from the herbs they are growing right on the property, were treated to a fabulous feast of food and wine! Then they drove us to villa d’este which were some of the best fountains and gardens I have ever seen. A very special private day on Tivoli outside the hustle and bustle of the city. We will
Never forget it! Would 100% recommend!!

Absolutely wonderful. Excellent is the word. From the moment you are picked up with an outstanding chauffeur to David meeting you in the Square in Tivoli. To the drive down to his hillside home it’s absolutely wonderful and you’ve only just begun. Davide and Elena. are truly warm and genuine people so very kind welcoming you into their beautiful home . You begin with everything that this chef has prepared for your lunch. Starting with appetizers. There is a layout of the meals that Davide is going to teach you to prepare yourself. The setting was exactly what we wanted, as far as stepping out of the hustle and bustle of Rome and enjoying a bit of Roma countryside, culture and foods and people. Davide is native born from Tivoli and joyfully shares the history and culture of his land. Davide is truly a chef and yet the sauces and the pasta he teaches you to prepare are exactly something I will do at home and share with my friends. He spent time showing me the proper technique for kneading my dough . I highly recommend this. I cannot thank enough these very warm and kind people for allowing me to have a dream come true and memories of an experience while I’m in my busy busy days of work back at home.

If you want to experience Rome more then just a bunch of amazing old history, book this day to experience living history. Davide welcomes you into his beautiful hillside home along with Elena. The chauffeur is excellent driving us without any worries to the peaceful historic hills of Tivoli. Davide is an excellent chef and a native to his land. He has been doing this for years and his love of cooking and sharing history and food and good times is genuine. We will come here again with more of our family. Truly good, kind, generous, joyful… I could go on and on. We trusted previous reviews and we are glad we did. Grazie mille Davide and Elena.
