On our Tour you will be able to see directly the only underground cathedral in the world located in Colombia, built 180m underground, it is a mega structure that deserves to be among the most impressive in our country and on the planet.
The entire structure of this cathedral is carved from salt from the largest salt rock deposit in the world. During the tour there are several stations where you will see the interpretation of the Christian way of the cross, in addition to the central dome where Eucharists are held, intervened by an amazing artistic work of sculpture and lighting, and also natural structures typical of salt deposits, a set of elements that will leave you breathless.
Once you finish the tour of the salt mine, the town of Zipaquirá awaits us to visit its central square, some of its beautiful colonial-looking streets where we will find the ideal place to enjoy a typical lunch.

Our driver, Miguel, is a very kind person.
I was picked up on time at the hotel, and although she didn't speak much English, she was very service-minded, trying to communicate using an interpreting app.
The people at the office were kind. I was relieved to have a confirmation message sent beforehand.

We had a great time on this trip! Our driver Mauricio was always on time, very knowledgeable and lovely as well! Went above and beyond so that we had a great tour. The lunch was very good, so much food at the restaurant which was great! Highly recommend this tour. :)

Mauricio was amazing. He was very informative and pleasant. This visit was much better than if I was to complete it on my own. The drive to the location was prompt and i felt comfortable the entire tour. Would definitely recommend!

Jhon picked us up at the hotel, he explained to us during the journey what we saw from Bogota to Zipaquira. Dropped us off at the direct entrance to the mine with our Audio Guide Equipment. I mean I had visited the cathedral a few years ago with a Guide and I liked the audio Guide experience better, it is more informative and you go at your own pace and take the pictures you want without having to run because your group moved. The cathedral is something to visit in life even if you do not profess the Christian faith, it is a world wonder. Then we went for a delicious lunch and at the end we walked through Zipaquira where we were given more information about the village.

The salt Cathedral private tour was a great experience. Jhovanny is very knowledgeable and polite and took great care of our family. He was communicative and picked us up on time from our hotel and shared several insights on our way to Cathedral.
