No memories, nothing, we spent two hours on a boat, without seeing anything, neither the swim stop. Now I understand that some things can't be controlled but having a swim stop it's something that can be controlled, should be two hours but after 1.30 hours we were already back... It's a robbery, legalized. Go somewhere else for your tour.

THIS IS A JOKE!
To start with: We didn't see dolphins and that's not the fault of the tour team. That's nature, I know that. But starting with the vessel: seat arrangement supobitmal. The view is blocked from many seats and every single seat was booked so that you could not relocate or change seats incase you get seasick. My highlight (irony!) was the "tour guide" who didn't used the microphone, yelled at the people in the front rows and ignored the people in the back who couldn't understand a single word due to the engine's sounds. No information about life vest (parents helped themselves) no information about behaviour on board, no information about what is gonna happen during the tour, no information about dolphin species, no informative descriptions. The guide thinks about himself that he is very funny. He behaved like a clown. Felt like a joke and money making honestly. I recommend: have a look at other places around the world and study how they organise and treat paying passenger on dolphin tours (Kaikoura or Auckland, New Zealand for example). And be aware: the 20 Minute-late pick-up bus ride to the harbour is included in the 2-hours tour.

Very good experience. Nino is the best captain and Miguel gives a very good atmosphere, both are very nice and have made this experience with dolphins much better.

They “almost everyday see dolphins but can’t guarantee it”. Almost everyday but obviously doesn’t happen for you. That’s not the problem, this is completely out of their control. But the communication was zero. Nobody talked to us on the whole trip about what’s happening. The tour should have included a stop for swimming which never happened and we don’t know why. Ended up being dissapointed, wasting money and time.

Today, May 20th, I went with my girlfriend on the Magic Dolphins for a 2-hour tour to observe dolphins and other sea creatures.
At the beginning we were given a short briefing and a little information about the area, where we were told that if no animals were to be found, there would be no swimming.
After about 1.5 hours we could see a small whale, where we stopped briefly to take a picture if necessary, and after a short time the boat turned away again, supposedly so as not to disturb the animals.
The other ships from the same company slowly followed the whale.
The swimming stop promised by the company was not kept.
When we returned, music was turned on, presumably so that we wouldn't see any more animals.
It was clear to us that we could only see the dolphins and whales every now and then.

We went on the Magic Dolphin Tour today.
A big disappointment for us.
We went out for an hour and in the second hour loud music was played. We suspect that this is to scare the animals away so that they can get back to the harbor on time.
When a sea creature finally came into view, the boat turned away, supposedly to respect the animals. However, all the other boats in the company were heading to the sea creatures at the same time.
The guide speaks bad German and English. Everything is entered into Google Translate and read out from there.
The promised facts about the animals are also read out from the cell phone.
We didn't stop for a swim either. Apparently this only happens when dolphins are seen, otherwise there are none. But we were only told this on the boat.
You were pressured into tipping by holding a tip jar in front of your nose with the words "Big whale, big tip".
For us, an overpriced boat trip that is not worth the time and money.

Unique and highly recommended experience.
We managed to see many dolphins.
The crew made up of Luis, Itiziar, Fran and Oliver is very prepared and helpful.
Excellent lunch in the middle of the ocean preceded by an unforgettable dive

This year we went on tour with Nino & Miguel for the second time. And it was worth every euro.
Both times we saw lots of dolphins - an experience! And Miguel's humorous explanations contribute to this. He takes every special request from the guests into account, including selfies and more.
