Uygar gave us a wonderful day to see the highlights of Cappadocia! His extensive knowledge of the history of the area along with his friendly demeanor made our day with him a special part of our trip. We had the opportunity to see a lived-in cave home, several fantastic viewpoints of the fairy chimneys, the churches of Goreme and the underground caves. We also visited a rug making coop and got to see a few of the women making them: such exquisite, detailed craftsmanship. There is an opportunity to purchase here but no pressure. It is a fair trade organization. We highly recommend seeing Cappadocia this way and using this your business.
