Our driver was great. He kindly waited while I filed a claim for lost luggage and was standing just beyond customs with a sign for our family. We made the 45 min trip in the van with plenty of room for the 6 of us.

Streets of Reykjavik were closed due to a cultural festival but our driver parked and walked us the several blocks to our hotel since we could not drive into the city center, and we did not know where we were going. That was a wonderful help and so very thoughtful. Excellent and timely service I think from Magnus!

We did the airport transfer in May and June. The driver was on time both times and very friendly. We had change in hotel and they accommodated that. Very nice and clean Mercedes van.

Driver did not arrive. Viator help desk in Massachusetts was not helpful. Ultimately had to take a taxi. Terrible experience.

If you are looking for private transfer from KEF, this is the company to go with! Our driver met as at the airport with my name on a sign. Helped us with luggage and got us on our way to Reykjavik. He shared interesting facts about Iceland along the way and made some helpful suggestions of places to check out. We had the same driver on the way back and were just as happy.
