Bianca was excellent!! She arrived early and was very easy to understand and extremely knowledgeable for our family. We highly recommend her and the tour.
She was able to quickly adjust to our needs as we needed to meet another friend at end of tour.

I’ll be clear, our tour guide was fantastic! However… this tour was pointless. We still waited in line to get in the Galleria to see David, and the rest of the tour was nothing special. Maybe it’s preferential since Rome, Venice, Pisa, and the medieval towns of Tuscany were and are so much more enjoyable to me, and my family, but Florence has been my least favorite city to visit and this tour didn’t change my mind or my two teenagers and husband.

We added this last minute as all tickets were sold out to see David on our own and we were pleasantly surprised with all the information shared by our tour guide. She was very knowledgable and took us on a walking tour to all the major highlights and then added in some of her own favorites, which we never would have known to look for. I’d highly recommend this tour for anyone on their first day, first visit to Florence. That said, we had traveled here before and thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

Walking through Florence with an art expert is really helpful! Bianca our guide is a Florence native and art lover. She gave us so many interesting lessons and details. It was a beautiful day which helped since a lot of time is spent viewing outdoor art and building exteriors. David was more impressive in person. We really enjoyed her details about him and the artists.

Sonia was the best tour guide! While we only had 4 people total on our tour, we felt she spent more time answering questions and showing us about Florence's history. She was very knowledgeable and was very descriptive with the history once she knew of my architectural background, which made it more special for me. It was a wonderful experience!
