Although our flight was late and we had no phone service, our driver was still there when we arrived. He was very friendly, the vehicle was clean, and the ride to the hotel was comfortable. He even texted us a list of local restaurants and things to do near in San Juan.

Booked transportation for both arrival and departure. Cars were both immaculately clean, drivers were friendly and in communication prior to us landing:pickup. Signage at arrival was visible and they assisted in loading baggage. Our family is bilingual so it was great to have both languages!
