Learned a lot about the history of bourbon. Enjoyed creating various cocktails and sharing laughs with our Mixologist Eric. We really enjoyed this class and would recommend to our friends.

I think it was Tim that did the class and it was awesome. I personally didn't like the music played it was old jazz or something but he had my attention so well I wasn't listening. I think they can show the people where I'm from how to do a mixology class. 3 shots and 3 drinks made was not expected. Make sure you pace yourself because if you don't you may be a little plastered when you leave haha. Not particularly a bad thing though because you will get your money worth.

Experience was canceled one hour in advance. If there is a minimum number it would be helpful to understand the likelihood of the event being cancelled.

The whole experience was amazing but wouldn't have been do without Tim! He was a wealth of information on everything cocktail!! Just a wonderful overall experience.

Informative and interesting experience! Possibly could have enjoyed (and remembered) it more if the cocktails had been a smaller pour. Tim and Eric were great hosts.

When we showed up, Tim and Eric already had everything set up for us. They went through the history of cocktails and alcohol in the US and were extremely knowledgeable. We made three different drinks that turned out awesome! You can tell that both of them really take pride in their craft. They were entertaining, knowledgeable, and fun to hang out with. To me, this is an absolute must do in Key West!

Really glad we hit this spot for an afternoon drink with the family. Eric our bartender was really cool and made a smoked old fashion for me and a whiskey sour for our son after giving us a bunch of good suggestions. The decor was really cool also. We didn’t get to hang out for the live music, but will come back for that next time. Really great vibe at General Horseplay!

We look for bar tender MELISSA, most fabulous mixologist!!! Perfection in my cocktail...Bourbon Sour TO DIE FOR. Not only is it a WORK OF ART, its a taste of Heaven.
Melissa is meticulous and friendly,,,I told her she can never leave...we look for her yearly.
Only down size, my poor husband had to drink canned beer and only 2 lite beer choices, not his Coors light, a chilled glass and bottled beer would have made his day, especially since my cocktails were $17 a piece, but worth every penny.
Go see Melissa, so entertaining watching her make phenomenal drinks.
