Timeliness: Unfortunately we didn’t leave the airport until about an hour & 1/2 later, but if you’re in no rush then you can just wait by the bar have a few drinks and mingle with people, which is always an experience in itself.
Cleanliness of shuttle: good, didn’t smell or wasn’t any trash or dirt on the floor.
Time spent traveling: about an hour & 20mins

We were taken in a mini van not a big bus as shown in the pictures. But good transfer, except that we had to wait for half an hour to leave the airport.

Enjoy time and scenery at Bahai principe runaway bay . I spent 6days at hotel . I decided I need to take yearly vacation. Jamaica is beautiful and there is plenty of places to stay. Plan to travel net 6months. I recommend taking airport transportation. It is convenient and safe. I used coming2 Jamaica transportation and I got transported on time. I find it easier in renting a car. If you want to go out you can used hotel excursion or have family take you if you from Jamaica. Jamaica here I come

The bus was small, hot and the seats extremely uncomfortable for a very long ride with multiple stops. I was expecting the luxury bus in the picture. I would have gladly paid more for a nicer ride. My husband and I are seniors and my son in law is over 6 feet tall he literally had no where to stretch his legs.

Waited too long to depart at airport once everyone was accounted for and I paid for a round trip but all of a sudden the trip back to the airport cannot be found

The driver was very very pleasant and entertaining.
He was also a very careful driver. Because of the driver I would never take another personal cab again. I thank him for taking us safe to the hotel

Upon arriving to the desk to let them know I arrived. The rep told us to wait outside until time to go. We basically had to wait for other flights to arrive…even if then didn’t arrive for another 30 mins or an hour or two to come.. End up waiting an hour before I spoke up saying this is ridiculous. I understand it was shared transportation…But waiting for other flights to arrive way after we got there wasn’t ideal.
