Our tour guide Adriana was extremely helpful and provided us with several fun facts as we walked through the El Yunque. It was such a neat experience, it’s a must do! There were difficult parts to navigate through but everyone was so helpful and motivating. You will not want to bring a bag or anything because you will need to use both your hands and feet to get through some parts. They do offer waterproof phone cases for a price if you need one. Adriana also provided us with lots of recs to do around San Juan!

This rainforest hike was honestly one of our favorite experiences of our whole trip in PR. So much fun and everyone in my group had a great time. Our tour guide G was amazing! She was very knowledgeable of the rainforest and very helpful throughout the hike and water activities.

We had a good time on the hike and enjoyed the waterfall/ swimming at the end the most. I would say we felt our guide wasnt the best. She was nice but left the group a few times way ahead, also her direction was minimal and she blamed another participant for all of us going to the wrong place when we all just followed her direction. Overall good experience. Also she said she would send pictures and only sent one. At the end of the day it was a good experience but i feel that our guide was checked out .

They cancelled last minute and never refunded the money. Their operation is a total scam. I do not recommend using this company for any of their tours. They will not communicate with you when you need to ask questions. They will simply refer you to the app for answers. No sense of responsibility for the services that they claim to provide. Save yourself from wasting time and hassle. If you are here on a vacation and want to book tours to enjoy your well earned time off, don’t use this company. If you choose to do so then good luck.
