Alex was the driver that picked the 5 of us up from the airport in PR. From the first moment I booked and was in my way to PR we were in contact and he even kept contact with me while I was in the plane. I let him know of our flight delay and when we landed he gave great instructions and met us before we reached baggage claim. We were treated like royalty from the when we met at baggage claim until we were driven back to the airport when we were returning home. Even when we called him during our trip he referred us and had a driver sent that help us and drove us around during the entire trip. Alex was timely, friendly, courteous and very professional. We will definitely call him when we return to PR.
