Horrible experience they just ruined our holiday,i chat with my tour operator at 11pm he said driver gonna pick up at 1am .we were waiting in outside of the hotel no one come to pick up .i was calling tour operator no response after an hour he said trip has been cancelled. And that time we couldn’t book any other activities on that day .unrecommended .

Fantastic time. Really enjoyed ourselves and a great experience. Communication with our tour guide Kaan could not be faulted. Kaan was very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful with vast experience. Our transport was right on time by our hotel for pickup. Everything was exactly as stated on our itinerary. Ballon ride was magical and a must.

The four guide was very helpful and cooperative. He helped us at every step of the way. The places he took us to was also neat and clean. He knows a lot about tourism and the particular area we visited. I would love for him to be our guide again.

La vue est réellement magnifique et l’expérience est extraordinaire.
Par contre après la montée en montgolfière qui n’a duré qu’en réalité 30-40 min max au lieu d’une heure comme annoncé, il faut payer pour visiter Pamukale ce que l’on a trouvé inutile et donc aucune activité à faire sur le côté donc on est rentré directement à Antalya.

Our experience was very nice we had a good time doing the Hot air balloons. After that we were told that there was an extra fee to pay for Pamukkale which we were not aware of but the tour guide Kaan Güngör, was very kind and explained everything to us, gave us the options of what to do such as waiting or paying to go into Pamukkale by using cash or card even showed us that we could use the atm machines when we arrived.
I do not think is the guide Kaan’s fault of the miss information but he was good enough to help and explain and was very kind during the whole day!

One of the highlights of our trip was the balloon ride, which I gifted to my parents for Father's Day. The timing was perfect, and our pilot was excellent, making the experience incredibly enjoyable. Floating above the beautiful landscapes was truly a memorable adventure.
Pamukkale city, with its stunning natural beauty, was another noteworthy part of our trip. However, everything inside was overpriced, and once you enter, you cannot leave without paying for re-entry. This essentially forces you to eat whatever is available on-site, which was quite limiting.
Despite these drawbacks, the balloon ride was a standout experience that we cherished, adding a wonderful touch to our travels.

I highly recommend Ibrahim Alvur and Kaan to see and experience Pamukkale. We were picked up from our hotel in a lovely air conditioned bus with a TV so we could watch Netflix for the 3 hour journey from Antalya. Kaan was very friendly and attentive to all our requests. He recommended good places to shop, eat and take beautiful photos. We enjoyed the hot air balloon ride and exploring Pamukkale. Best experience in Turkey!!!
