Lovely tour along the mountainside near Alanya. Saw some castle ruins and amazing views of the sea. The horses were well behaved and a pleasure to be with. The ranch staff assisted beginners to make sure everyone was safe. Very good tour, I recommend it! Thank you everyone for make it so enjoyable.

My husband had an injury just before the horse riding about 19 hours before when I informed them about it, they did not care and refused to refund the money very bad customer service my husband getting injured was not our fault but yet I was told I could not get anything back

It was very easy to book the excursions. I was contacted by mete who introduced himself via WhatsApp. He was very polite and courteous and offered to answer any questions or queries I may have. He also said he will bring a smile to my face which he did. Mete confirmed the pick up time with me for my excursion. Pick up driver was running a little late due to traffic. I contacted mete and the next thing I knew the driver appeared. Excursion with the horses where lovely. A bit scarey for myself and the kids due to the rugged terrain but a pleasant experience altogether. The stable boys were very professional and knew what they were doing. Everything went well in a timely manor and we were dropped off at our hotel as soon as the horse riding safari was completed.
