This experience was a scam. There are no skip the line tickets. We waited in the same line as everyone else. I would not recommend using this company. The gentleman who met us with the tickets barely spoke to us and just gave us shady looking non descriptive QR codes on tiny pieces of paper. They did work but when we asked about the ‘fast past’ he said there was just one line. Very frustrating to pay the additional money when tickets where very easily obtained from the ticket desk. Viator should not be promoting this company.

My airline flight from USA was cancelled and was not in Rome at our scheduled pre-paid visit for 10 people.
I emailed trip advisor of my situation and asked to reschedule. I did not receive a reply.
Very disappointing.

Pantheon is a must see for anyone visiting Rome. This skip the line tour was easy to use and allowed us to pass by the incredibly long line and gain immediate entrance to the Pantheon.

The lines were long and it was very easy to walk one block and be escorted to the front of the long lines. They do not offer any commentary, but the pantheon is self-explanatory. Just a quick hint, if you go on Saturday night about 5 PM and go to the side, you can attend a mass in this beautiful setting for free.

We were very late for our time slot (long story) but they ushered us in to the front and we enjoyed an easy access to the Panteon. Highly recommend!!

Went and the tickets wouldn’t show up so I gave them the confirmation number and they told us it wasn’t good. We ended up buying more tickets there and they only charged me 16 dollars for 3 people and Viator charged me 50 dollars. Also there is no such thing as skip the line at the pantheon. That’s a scam

This was mostly a scam. I'm not making it 1 star because we did get into the pantheon, but here's how it works: you meet a guy who has bought the tickets from the teller machines outside the temple for €2-€5 a pop, and hands them to you. First you wait for the rest of the "group" to show up, then you head over to the square where the line is and then he basically cuts in line for you. And disappears into the crowd - so if any one wants to object to this, good luck finding him again :-). At least in our case it didn't save us that much time and we paid 5x the price for a questionable business model.

Met the guide at the appropriate place and was led to the Pantheon. He dropped us off in front and when the actual Pantheon ticket scanners told him “no line cutting, the line starts way back there”, he turned around and disappeared into the crowd. We eventually got in but there was no organization and no skip the line.
A total rip-off
