Mr. Sakis drove us safely and was accommodating to our needs, making recommendations for the trip. Falassarna and Balos are beautiful sight-seeing spots, worth the long drive. We stopped at Gramboussa Restaurant with tasty local food and nice ambiance. Mr. Sakis was flexible and showed us old Rethymno on our way back. Thank you!

This was an incredible tour—well worth the money! The driver was very kind and accommodated our requests, such as picking us up from our Airbnb in Agia Marina, stopping for snacks, and grabbing lunch. Balos Beach is stunning and looks exactly like the pictures. Falassarna was beautiful as well—it was more of a family beach and not crowded (on a Monday). There is a place to get bar food and also a restaurant. The water was crystal clear with no rocks! I highly recommend this tour.

The journey was incredible and definitely worthwhile. Every aspect met the highest standards. The scenery was stunning, the goats were amusing, and the water at Falasarna Beach was crystal clear.

When I booked this tour it was labeled “Jeep full day tour”. At some point they changed the tour and did not advise me ahead of time. So we were all surprised when he showed up with a Toyota sedan. Although the guide was fantastic and the day was generally great, I could have easily taken my own car to the beaches (for a lot less). We also went to Gramvousa restaurant which was a great recommendation from the guide.
If you need to be guided this service is great.
TripAdvisor should have validated and informed booked clients that the vehicle would be different.

So glad we did this! While it is a quite the drive and the road into the lagoon is no joke our driver was very careful as well as pleasant. The view from the top is spectacular and the colors of the water amazing. The hike in and out is not easy but doable even if you are not in great shape. This was an amazing experience and I recommend doing it if you can!

We, a family of four, embarked on a private tour starting from our hotel. Along the way, we absorbed the rich history until we arrived at the stunning Balos. The view left us speechless. Then, onto the beach, where three hours of pure relaxation awaited us amidst the crystal-clear waters. Highly recommend this unique adventure!
