Flights were late so Company cancelled reservation. Very poor service. Had to provide flights but company ignored them

The driver was fabulous and friendly while being very professional. The car was immaculate and very luxurious. The driver was on time and we felt very safe driving with him. I highly recommend this company.

Our Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt into
Oslo was delayed for over an hour. Luggage conveyer broke down and then the airlines lost both of our bags. As a result, the expensive limo driver was NOT at the airport to pick us up when we finally exited the airport. When we finally reached him via his cell, he told us that he was only required to wait one hour for his customers and then said that if we paid him $100.00 more, he would return to the airport and pick us up, which we did NOT do!

When we arrived at Oslo International Airport it took us 15 minutes to depart the aircraft, process through immigration and collect our luggage. Super quick. We waited just outside arrivals inside the terminal and as I was looking for the telephone number to advise the company we were there they rang us to say the driver was 1 minute away. He couldn’t believe we were ready to go so quickly. The driver whose name I can’t remember was wonderful as was the new electric Mercedes. Very clean and spacious inside and the boot was large enough to take our three large suitcases and two smaller suitcases. I had mentioned when booking the number of suitcases but forgot to mention the two smaller ones our carryon bags. The journey into Oslo was very relaxing. I highly recommend this company.
