I am Italian, but my boyfriend is Australian and wanted to take a cooking course. Our Airbnb host recommended us this one. I was worried it would have been the ultimate tourist trap - I was wrong. Although the service catered for people from around the world, the experience was still 100% authentic. Virginia and her mum were professional, prepared, attentive, and friendly; the location was lovely—a sixth star for Cesare and Carmela, the cats.
