The travel experience was amazing, they are organized, you check in your luggage at the office and the take it to the boat, where is loaded inside a storage compartiment, safe and dry. After the trip, they give it back to you at the office. The trip was smooth and the seats are confortable. They have AC and the temperature is fine in the boat.

Great ferry service … from collection to drop off they are superior to others. The hotel collection was on time, helped with luggage, ensured we arrived in a timely manner to check in, took over luggage delivery to the ferry and we had a smooth crossing on a very safe, clean and comfortable boat. The whole team were very professional unlike other boats I observed / experienced.

We booked the ferry and pick up and drop off. Fantastic service and seamless. The taxi was ready and waiting ahead of our scheduled time. All really simple and organised, taking our luggage for us at the office. Boat trip was great, brilliant air con. Would highly recommend and would travel again.

On the whole, a great way to get to Gili T. You are well looked after from start to finish with your bags taken care of as soon as you arrive. Relatively comfortable inside and you are given the opportunity to sit on the outside roof area, with drinks and snacks available for purchase. The only reason I have not put 5 stars is that it was late both ways when we travelled.

This ferry ride was the worst of my life. I had to sit below deck for 3.5 hours from Bali to Lombok in an unbearable smell of petrol. The smell was extremely intense. 6 outboard motors pumped their exhaust fumes into the passenger compartment. You could have taken refuge on the roof. But you had to sit there in the blazing sun.

Very well organized, good communication, attentive and helpful crew.
They picked us up in Ubud and took us to the port of Pangdai and from there to Gili Trawangan.
From the car pick-up to the transportation on the fast boat, everything was very good.
We were especially worried about our little 2-year-old girl, but everything went smoothly and we were even assigned preferential seats for the baby.

Really good experience with Blue Water Express. Super service and communication, and a huge plus with air conditioning on the boat.
However, I think it is a bit exaggerated that it should cost twice as much compared to the other fast boats.

Totally excellent. Handled so well and professionally from pickup in Ubud to drop off in Gili Air we didn’t touch luggage. Water given as we got on. Not crazy crowded. Comfy seats and excellent AC.
