After I stepped outside the main door of the airport. The lady was holding I board with my name on it. She was very nice and explain me everything about this trip. We waited for about 5 mins and the van came, the driver was nice too, and van is clean and comfortable. It is about one hour trip. And they also give you follow-up service to choose for the rest of your journey, which is great!

Had to wait more than an hour while the driver waited for others. I knew it was a a shared ride. However, I thought that it would be shared with people on the same flight. Do yourself a favor just take a taxi, it is cheaper and fastee.

It was a safe and smooth ride as well as easy to locate agent upon arrival at the airport. The only thing I want to say is that I wish the driver was more 'talky', I wish he introduced himself and reminded us to put our seatbelts on, but overall I would recommend this to others because it was probably the cheapest, easiest, and safest way to get to your hotel.
