Jay and his 12 passenger van were both fantastic!
Waiting right at pre-arranged 5 for our airport pickup, grabbed our bags and walked a whole 15 steps outside and he was right there!
Great driver, safe, courteous, lifted our heavy bags with ease.

Very convenient. Easier than taking taxi or Uber.
Honolulu airport is crowded and busy. Glad we have prebook a transfer service . Saved lots of time. The van is big and nice . Lots of room for luggage’s. Will use them again when we back Hawaii !

The driver reached out to me 2 days prior in anticipation of the possible traffic on a holiday weekend. He suggested an earlier pick up which was a huge benefit. The day before he sent a confirmation with a picture of the vehicle and an illustration where (in the large complex) he would pick us up. Upon arrival he was very kind, gracious, and non-judgmental on the amount of luggage 4 woman had! I couldn't ask for an easier experience! Mahalo!

We used your services to and from the airport to our hotel. The drivers communicated via text and provided necessary information and details about the pick up locations, which was very helpful. Both drivers were courteous and timely. I would highly recommend your services.

None driver Jay was not very friendly or talkative so dissatisfied after travelling 15 hours paid 120 dollars and later found out that taxi fare 35 dollars RIP OFF

And he help us carry luggage all the way to the car. Feel like I am VIP. Car smell great and look like new. That’s the easiest way to get around airport to hotel . Definitely recommended
