We purchased the two tickets through your website. Once purchased we arrived at the museum we found out the voucher had to be redeemed at piazza Navona which is some distance away and with 100 degree heat and since our “tour” was scheduled to start we asked for help from the museum staff who tried to unravel the long pdf file of instructions and they finally just told us they could not help. We then bought admission tickets for 8 euro each having paid 32 euros each for the experience. The offer is misleading and you should either remove it or make easy to get the true ticket online at thh he e time of purchase. It was a rip off.

What a rip off. Two of the museums are closed. Don’t tell me you didn’t know when you took my money. You want me to say more???? You are a bunch of crooks for selling a package of 3 museum entries when only one is open

The guide did not show and we waited at the designated piazza. After total 30 min. Waiting, I decided to make an international call. Finally got connected and received the entry tickets thru the helpful museum staff after getting the ticket number from the operator - “Loving Rome”. The tour was supposedly led by an English speaking guide. But we were placed into a non-English group half way in its session. Poor tour guide (tour “accomplanist”) was placed in the middle of something she was not trained for. She was trying hard to provide some info in accented English, But she had another 20+ customers to take care. We were then escorted out after the roof tour. It was a very disappointed tour. No apology was received from neither Viator nor the operator after making several complains.. Looking at the review, It seemed similar incident happened before.

There is a plenty of statues in the museums. The museums are separated in different parts of Rome. And they are closing at 17:00

We thoroughly enjoyed the Roman National Museum with all of its ancient sculptures and mosaics. The museum is not crowded and is labeled very clearly so it makes the experience very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this museum for anyone interested in Roman history.

The only challenge was the voucher exchange for tickets was a 30-minute walk from the museum and the opposite direction leaving from our hotel. We mistakenly went directly to the museum and fortunately the attendant gave us entry tickets at no charge. Would recommend buying tickets directly from the museum as there was not a line and the ticket pick up spot is too far away and inconvenient.

None. The main attraction (Diocletian baths) was closed. I wasn't given any prior notice. I expect to get a refund but my time was lost.

DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR! We called just to buy Museum tickets and spoke with someone with a huge language barrier issue. Not only did they meet in another spot that we were told, but we were a few minutes late and they left without us and are now refusing to give us a refund.

Yu do not need the 3 D tour... Buy your own tickets and go on your own.
We have used Viator dozens of times. The last few tours have been poorly managed.
Buyer beware.

The Roman National Museum is a must visit. However, it is quite overwhelming with the very large collections that are kept in multiple museums. Some visitors may state that the collection is somewhat repetitive with the exhaustive exhibit of art. But it is an experience that should be had.

A thorough visit would require more than ½ a day if not more. One approach is simply planning to visit one of the Rome museums. I would suggest Palazzo Massimo alle Terme.
