1. The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses
Meet up your friendly private guide at your hotel lobby in the morning or afternoon based on your preferred schedule.Transferred by comfortable vehicle to Terracotta Army Museum. your guide will share with you the history and story of the area. The museum covers an area of 16,300 square meters, divided into three sections:No.1 Pit,No.2 Pit,and No. 3 Pit respectively.No.1 Pit is the largest,there are columns of soldiers at the front,followed by war chariots at the back.No.2 Pit, Contained over a thousand warriors and 90 chariots of wood. it looked like to be the command center of the armed forces. After your guide will take you to a nice local restaurant where you can enjoy some well-known local food, such as Biang Biang noodles and Rou Jia Mo.it is a characteristic of Xi'an cuisine, with over hundred years of history. The tour end, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
2. Tang Dynasty Show
Upgrade the afternoon tour to include a trip to the Tang Dynasty Show and a feast of traditional Shaanxi dumplings. You should arrive to the venue 20 minutes before the show starts and show your voucher in the 'RESERVATION' for entrance and to find your seats. Enjoy the Splendid Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show with fabulous music and dancing of Tang Dynasty, China's golden age. The show is also a different way for you to get to know the historical culture of ancient Xian city. What is great about this excursion is that it combines two great elements in one tour - an entertaining show and dumpling banquet that indulge all your senses. The dumpling banquet comes with approx. 18 varieties of dumplings including pork, chicken, mushroom and duck with leeks, carrots, lotus roots and more. The dumpling banquet starts around 6:00pm and after dinner you will enjoy the Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. The show ends about 9:40pm and the tour ends at the Tang Dynasty Palace.

Ms. Crystal showed us exactly what we wanted to see. She was very informative and the trip was smooth even thou there were a lot of people. I would recommend her.

We decided to book a half-day private tour to visit the Terracotta Warriors in order to save time and add convenience, but it ended up being one of the best decisions we could have made! The location of the Terracotta Warriors site is about an hour outside of Xian. We were picked up directly at our hotel by our fantastic guide Betty and the driver. During our drive out to the site, Betty provided historical details about the history of the warriors, the history of China and the history of Xian. Once we arrived at the site ( in air conditioned comfort!), our guide retrieved our tickets and guided us through the 3 main excavated “pits” providing in depth details for everything that we viewed. There is not a lot of English information available on site- but our personal guide Betty spoke impeccable English and was a wealth of knowledge about every aspect of the site and the site’s history. After visiting all of the “pits” we enjoyed a delicious lunch and then headed back to Xian. The Terracotta Warriors site is a must see, but was crowded and the site is not intuitively laid out. We are extremely thankfully that we decided to book this tour. We felt like we had an insider as our guide who made sure we were able to see everything. Totally worth it!

It was a unique experience and everything was perfectly organized.
Ms. Linn is a very friendly and competent tour guide! She not only told me a lot about the history and origins of the Terracotta Army, but also about the history and culture of China and the dynasties. Everything there was simply impressive.
The lunch that followed was excellent and I have many beautiful memories of XiAn in my luggage.
Highly recommended!

We took Private Half-Day Tour of Xi’an Terracotta Warriors at 8:00 AM. Guide from “Jeff Ning China Tour” met us in hotel’s lobby and after approximately 50 minutes drive we came to this great place. Our tour guide was very professional, knowledgeable, with a pleasant personality. We learned from him a lot about history, discovery of this unique place and he answered all our questions related to subject and more. We’re very happy with our experience thanks to our guide. Don’t miss this once in a lifetime chance to see Terracotta Warriors!

We had a wonderful private day trip experience visiting the must-see Terracotta Warriors in Xian. Crystal was our tour guide and she was wonderful, friendly and funny. I highly recommend her as her English is very good, she was very informative on the history and she answered all our questions. Her ability to adapt to our pace and budget was great. She was always available but also gave us space to enjoy the soldiers, lunch, and taking pictures at our own time. It was really crowded, and you sometimes had to be a little assertive for your space, but seeing the soldiers was great and I think should not be missed when visiting Xian.

Crystal was knowledgeable and personable. She showed us the Terra Cotta Warriors, which were amazing. She also talked about herself, her life in Xi’an, and her background. It was a fascinating day, getting to see such a historic site as well as learn about our wonderful guide.
