Purchased tickets online through TripAdvisor and their subsidiary Viator and arrived at the museum on Friday 21 June but was not allowed entrance as the barcode provided was not the required tickets. The museum assisted by calling the support number at Viator (Key Tickets) trying to assist us 3 times but we couldn't download the tickets and enter the museum. I requested a refund which has been declined.
I will not use this service provider again.

Really wouldn’t bother using this service. Yes, I managed to ‘skip the line’ but funnily enough the other queue was faster so I was put into that queue then when we went to scan our tickets they didn’t work….off we went to the information desk and about ten mins later we finally got in. The tickets provided were not correct so the museum kindly contacted the company supplying them then they had to send over the correct tickets. What a complete pain in the arse. They also make out like you are getting a free audio tour not open to everyone unless you pay. Well it is open to everyone, all you have to do is scan the QR code and off you go so just buy your tickets on the day. Also that’s cheaper!!!

The museum was very good.
My ticket experience was not.
When we got to the museum we were told we needed individual tickets. I had purchased 4 together and the trip advisor ticket that I had saved in my apple wallet was only one ticket for 4 adults.
With limited service I had to call trip advisor, a local company, who after 20 minutes and multiple texts and emails finally succeeded in sending a pdf with individual tickets.
The museum employees had no sympathy and were of no help because we bought our tickets from an outside source.
Also, there should be emphasis on the need of your own headphones due to the downloadable audio which was a challenge since one in our group did not have cell service.

The skip the line ticket process was easy but I purchased an audio guide but the audio guide was actually free at the Acropolis Museum!!!
