Our guide Alex was great and entertaining. For the atv part, I was upset that we couldn’t go faster. The guides in front drove slow meaning the entire group had to drive as slow paces. I like that this came with a SMALL lunch. I didn’t know that until I arrived. Bring a swimsuit as there is water involved, a cenote and water zip line.

Jose was the best tour guide ever !!!! It was so much fun, my family and I did the ATV’s, zip lines, and cenote. Pick up was extremely easy and it was a small group to at was also so much energy. The lunch after was also really good too, we had these chicken taco-like meals with rice. I recommend bringing a backpack with swimming / dry clothes, heavy DEET bug spray, a little snack, small bills of cash, and we bought water shoes and bandanas there. 10/10 !!!!!!

This was a great excursion. Be prepared to sweat...alot! Dont bring too much extra stuff. You have to do the first zip line with all your belongings. I recommend a small back pack. I wouldnt worry about a change of clothes because its so hot and the sun will dry you off. Make sure you take water shoes!

We visited Mayan adventures on 18/5/24 and had a great day starting off with a 45 minute ATV trek through the jungle tracks.This was excellent fun but hard work,the track was tight twisting bumpy but exhilarating.
This was followed by the tree top zip lines which as a unfit 57 year old man a struggle,the zip lining itself was great fun but I found climbing the 5/6 flights of steps on each tower heavy going in the 33degree heat so only did 3.
We then had a break for lunch which is provided with not a bad selection of chicken,pasta,rice and salad etc.
We finished off with the Cenote cave swim tour which was fascinating and thoroughly enjoyable.
Our guide for the day was Aaron who was extremely knowledgeable and fun.
If you’re in the area give this activity a go it’s great.

This adventure was everything we expected and more! Our tour guide Jose made it very entertaining the entire way through. He made sure we got the full experience. It was informative regarding the Mayan culture and the Cenotes. I highly recommend booking this tour through Viator as it is seamless and well worth it.

It’s not that this wasn’t a fun day, it’s that it just didn’t meet expectations. Let me say that this review has no connection to our tour guide. Alex was simply wonderful and did a fantastic job. I just didn’t feel like the experience was very organized. There’s a space when booking to note things that the location should know. I noted that I had dietary restrictions for the lunch. I can’t have gluten and I am a vegetarian. They brought me chicken taquitos and when I mentioned that I included my dietary restrictions in the booking, I was told to eat the rice and beans that was touching the gluten and the meat. So I didn’t eat. Which was disappointing because I paid for that and was expecting to be fed like everybody else. So be cautious that if you have restrictions, you probably can’t eat here and it’s a long day. The ATVs were the most fun part. The zip lines were okay but I was expecting them to be more intense given other reviews. Also, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, is dirty — you WILL get dirty and there WILL be bugs so prep for that and dress accordingly. Note that you will have to rinse the bug spray off before getting in the cenote. This was one of the cheaper things we chose and it definitely shows, but it wasn’t horrible. I just wish it was better advertised and that when I called to ask questions, I would have gotten real answers.

I gave this tour 3 stars, it has the potential to be great in the near future, i suggest more ATV trails, the stairs to the first zip line are sketchy, but overall we had a decent time, all the guides and people working i give 5/5 stars. Just beware the photos at the end of the excursion they will try to upsell.

At first, I didn’t know if I would be up for this tour, specifically the cenote and zip lining because of my fears of height and being in a large body of water where I can’t touch the ground. Our tour guide name was Julio and he did a great job making sure everyone felt comfortable. I had a good time, laughed even when I was struggling to get up the steps for the last zip line. I would 100% recommend this tour but do be aware it is very physical!
