Took 4.5 hours trip of Cairo with Mr Bishoo - had very good fun with friendly person & had memorable experience of hanging church, old cave church & Mosque M Ali Pasha. I found the tour great & will take next time too.

My husband and I had the best experience with our guide and driver to explore ancient Coptic and Islamic era , his knowledge about history , landmark and culture was remarkable, it is a must visit for everyone comes to Egypt

We had a lovely morning with Raafat. We booked a driver and car (no guide) as we just wanted to spend about 3hrs to look at Old Cairo and the Citadel.
Raafat dropped us at the street where all the churches were and we were able to wander along on our own before meeting back at the drop point. He then took us to the Citadel where we again wandered around for about an hour before he took us back to our hotel.
He did try to suggest taking us to shops as we had time but after we insisted we only wanted to go see old buildings, churches and the Citadel then that was what he stuck to.
He was kind enough to get us a cold water & some lovely dessert snacks after our first stop which was appreciated.
He was very nice and polite and our 3hr journey with him was exactly what we were after. Thank you!

The places we wanted to go and visit were great. Kareem the Egyptianiolgist was knowledgeable of the sites he took us to. He also took us to places we were not really wanting to go like the perfumery , art gallery , clothing and spice places.
As a tourist be aware that Egyptians guides work with different places that they take you to for your exposure however I’m not sure what’s their gain.

Solo female traveler here!! I took the tour of old Cairo with Karim and it was a wonderful day. Karim was an excellent guide, he seems passionate about what he does and about Egyptian history, he explains everything in detail and with great patience. We visited a lot of beautiful places around Old Cairo except Khan El Khalili since I was super tired by that time. All in all, it was one of my favorite days in Egypt, and the passion with which Karim talks about Egyptian history is simply amazing. I recommend it 100%.
A tip: If you don't want to go to the papyrus or perfume stores, let the guides know from the beginning since they will definitely take you to those stores during the trip. (I did visit the stores and they were very nice)

Kereem was an amazing guide. He is very knowledgeable and took pictures the whole time which was nice since I’m solo traveling. Mohammad was an awesome driver! He’s the Egyptian Vin Diseal. I felt safe and taken care of the whole time. I highly recommend them for your Cairo travels!

Kareem has taken an incredibly great care of us! He has flexibly adjusted the tour to what interested us the most, proficiently skipped the lines in top tourist spots and took great care of us in the market - always staying together and advising where items were overpriced and not. Overall, exceptional knowledge of Egyptian culture and history combined with fluent English and much better price than what hotels offer, will guarantee you a perfect choice to start your Cairo trip!
