This is a hard one because there was good and bad on the trip. The hike was definitely a must do but the tour was not as advertised. First, the pickup was late which made us late to the trail. The tour description said air conditioned bus and cold water provided. The air did not reach to the back of the bus and the only water we got was with the lunch. The lunch experience was bizarre, with no communication. We picked up the lunch and then headed out to a mysterious place with a great view but there was no table or chairs. We weren’t informed about the last chance for rest room break before and we didn’t know we were going on a picnic. If we had some more communication, it would have been much better. I had to pick ‘family teens’ as a category but it was actually me and my adult children.
