For 90 minutes, you will be led to some of the most haunted places and hear about the paranormal history of one of America's oldest cities. Along the way, you will visit the most haunted hotel, restaurant, and street in Charleston. You will visit churches and graveyards while hearing tales of the restless inhabitants from master storytellers.

The guide was very knowledgeable about Charleston history and ghosts. Great storyteller. Kept us filled with lots of intriguing stories. Tour is fun for skeptics and believers and those in between. Not a lot of walking, only a few blocks. Smaller group size is good we thought. Recommended.

Blew off another ghost tour I was planning on going to for this one after being told he tells TRUE ghost stories with facts to support so I said yes. Was able to pay immediately and booked last 2 spots. BEST TOUR EVER!!!! He has a knack for drawing you in and wanting more. Glint in his eye when he builds up to his next ghost story. Insists on walking on the outside of group to protect us. Like a parrot when it comes to impressions. Does Irish, english, and southern.....bonus was Bill Clinton, and George Bush. Worth every penny. TY Adam!!!

Adam is an AMAZING story teller!
I've been on tours from New Orleans to Salt Lake City to Wlliamsburg, VA ... this one is not to be missed!
I don't want to ruin the experience, but I'll say:
I shook my head at Stede - what a freaking dufus!
I got teary eyed at the Unitarian Church ... seriously. That story hit hard ...
I was incredulous at the yellow restaurant (Yikes!)
I was STRAIGHT UP SCARED mindless at the safe distance from the jail (Oh, HELL No!)
The time flew by - Bravo!!

Adam was a fantastic guide and storyteller. I was the only person for the 7:30 tour, but he didn’t make me feel like I was wasting his time. Adam knew so much history and had great vibe and energy. I definitely recommend!

This tour is an awesome experience! I would highly recommend! Adam is so animated while telling the stories of ghosts among many other little gems, you can tell he is the real deal. He winds his ghost stories expertly around the local history. Adam is a Charleston native and it certainly shows in his presentation.

Our tour guide Adam was very knowledgeable about the history of Charleston and how that history relates to the supernatural.
Tales about the apparitions experienced in the Millhouse hotel were quite exciting. This is a must tour when you are visiting Charleston. We highly recommend it.
