You've never done a cooking class like this before.
In this course you will learn to prepare three Spritz and fresh handmade pasta with traditional sauce, all in one lesson and guided by an expert local chef.
We'll start with an Aperol Spritz, while you get to know the other people in the class and meet your chef. So we will start with pasta using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you will roll, cut and cook your own pasta and learn how to make fettuccine and ravioli and two different sauces.
While you cook you will also enjoy a Campari spritz and we will prepare an excellent Tiramisu together using only 3 ingredients.

We were sent to the wrong location. There was a cooking class at the location so the confusion likely was from Viator. That cooking class got us started until a couple showed up that had booked the class. When we recognized the problem (about 30 minutes after our class started), there was no willingness to work with us. It was a very bad experience.
