Le personnel est très soucieux de ses passagers. Même lorsqu'ils ne parlent que vietnamien ils se servent de Google traduction pour nous donner les informations. Bref nous avons été bien accompagnés durant les 2 trajets en bus que nous avons effectué avec cette compagnie.

I was really impressed by the young tour guide named Huyen Anh. She led my most unforgettable trip to the beautiful island Cat Ba. Everything was perfect. I love Vietnam. Vietnam is so beautiful, I’ll come back.

Minh the organizer was so friendly and helpful!! They gave us sacks on the bus. Reclined seats even the drive was not too long.

I ended up traveling from Cat Ba to Hanoi with this company. Everything worked out so smooth and Anna, she was responsible for all of us, was so lovely and made sure everyone is getting to their destination in Hanoi quickly. She even gave me a lift directly to my hostel with a scooter. Highly appreciate that since it is also not a matter of course. Thanks!!

We took the bus from Cat Ba to Hanoi. We booked through our home stay. We got picked up on time, brought to the ferry and onto another bus in Haiphong. All went smoothly. Our guide Minh and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Nice and sure for travel to the right place. From the begin to the end the bus is on time and not difficult to find in the city. Minh and Dat were very helpfull.
