I was worried as I did not know what time to book the transfer for as I didn’t know how long it took to get through baggage/passport control. I gave the company my flight details and they did the rest. Great communication through WhatsApp.

Since moving to Ha Noi three years ago, I have been in contact with Mr Hoang for private car services, which he has always accommodated to the highest standards.
When traveling to the airport, Hanoi Airport Transfer goes to great lengths to ensure they get you to where you need to be on time. They know the airport schedule and patterns well, so I have never been late (or too early!) for a flight. The drivers are always very professional, friendly and have very well-kept cars (with water provided for passengers). This is also the case for airport pick-up, and you can always expect to receive a message on your phone upon landing from Mr Hoang to confirm your car and driver, and where they will be waiting for you outside of the arrival gates.
When traveling to other destinations outside of Ha Noi, Mr Hoang is always very accommodating to specific travel needs (and also very patient with last minute changes to trips!). I have booked cars for destinations including Ba Vi, Hai Phong, Soc Son and even Nam Dinh and have been very satisfied with each trip.
