Scam. They copy the details of a different pub crawl company. There is no tour, no tour guide, no nothing.

Passing by this agency was my worst decesion ever i paid a lot of money to have a good experience with them in the most important night of the year for me that i’ve been waiting for her since a long time, im really disappointed this agency had ruined my new year’s eve i’ve booked a pubs tour in purpose to celebrate the 2024 with them i thought that everything will be good and professional but unfortunately it wasn’t they sent me the booking confirmation with the adresse so we can meet their guide in madrid I went to the meeting point with my two invited customers and find no one their called the number that was registered in the confirmation and got a lady who told me that my booking was cancelled i asked why and she told me that they send me an email about that i’ve checked and find nothing she said that we have to pay more if we want to join the guide while i paid enough money for this plan, until now i didn’t receive any refund from them any communication by mail or a call while i tried to reach them so many times. I've never left a negative review for someone but choosing this activities agency was really a big mistake. cancelling a reservation with no reason and asking your customers to pay more money in the last minute for no reason too is really unprofessional what are you doing here it’s a big scam. I would like to thank you for letting us passing the night at the fully streets of madrid.

Terrible experience and completely disappointed. The guide never show and never responded to the three messages sent. I requested a full refund as we have to make other arrangements at the last minute. I’ll not recommend this tour. The guide assigned to this tour was not reliable or professional. Jenny Flores

It was a great experience.. good music, good people,good vibes! A nice guy, called Andrés, took us to this place and we made an incredible tour as he promised us! Couldn’t feel better than this, thanks Andrés and Thanks to the pub crawl’s team !
