The trip was cancelled at the very end moment with reason that balloons are not flying. Whereas that was not the case, we saw hundreds of balloons flying. Also I have not received the refund

This is just amazing Turkish breakfast with sunrise balloon view! This is incredible trip arrange by the family, the pick up was on time well taking care the place is so amazing I cant stop taking picture and look to those balloon above the sky. The place is so so beautiful and breathe taking Unforgettable! Must do and see!!!
