Horrible experience! Tour was cancelled and due to "boat issues" and it was the last day of our trip so missed out on snorkeling. They refunded everyone's ticket and I expected the refund within 10 business days according to my bank and a month later followed up with my bank to verify if refund was issued. Bank said no and referred to my statement - NO CREDIT as of yet. Called customer service and was given a run around that rep didn't see any notes of what I expressed. Crazy!!! I also had a cancellation number and went with a group of friends so it was not just my experience! I am so angry! Rep shared she has to send "an email" for follow up. This is insane! A month later and NOTHING!! NEVER book anything through them again! I shouldn't have to chase my money. Waste a time and don't waste your money!!

We were in a Key West for a work trip. me and the rest of the party we traveled with cannot say enough good things about this boat ride. We did the afternoon trip. The price- fantastic. Live music- wonderful. The crew- amazing. It was the perfect amount of time on the boat and the water. Drinks a plus. The staff was so friendly and they even served us drinks. We are here every year and I think it may be a new tradition.

Safety and rules were presented clearly, snorkeling for an hour, and slow ride back to dock with open bar (rum punch and single wells). The snorkeling was awesome, the captain picked a great spot in the Great Barrier Reef, we will come back when in Key West.

What a great time! My husband and I enjoyed the boat trip, snorkeling and the live music with open bar. We were cancelled because of bad weather and was able to book for the next day, so happy we did. The crew was very experienced and also fun and friendly.

Fabulous cruise and crew! There was a live musician on board which we loved. We went about 45 minutes out to sea, then stopped by The coral reef to do some snorkeling for about an hour and then drank and enjoyed the music on the way back. We loved it!

We entered the water for only 10 minutes, they forced us to leave due to a supposed storm and they ended the trip. The other boats next to us were doing the normal experience, we wasted money and time

This was great tour! Very roomy boat - crew was so friendly and helpful. Had over an hour to Snorkel. Full bar on the way back - yummy rum punch!

The captain, crew, and musician were all great! The weather wasn’t the best but they made our trip worth it. The captain let our sons drive the boat which was the highlight of our trip to key west.

The catamaran was great. It was very large, with plenty of seating. Staff was very helpful and nice. The musician was great as well and played a lot of great music.
