Not sure where Chef Palao was, but the young woman who led our class made it so fun. Meal at the end was with our cooking group; thankfully there were some really cool people in our class otherwise it could’ve been a little awkward.

Delightful cooking class with Chef Paolo. Since we arrived, Paolo’s personality and good sense of humor made us feel very welcomed. Class was very interactive. Paolo guided us step by step with clear instructions and helpful tips for both the Tiramisu and fettuccine pasta. The class is in a large and charming room. After the class, we were directed to the restaurant where they offered us water and wine to accompany the pasta we prepared. We really enjoyed our delicious pasta and dessert. We finished our meal with a limoncello on the house. I highly recommend this class.

From the moment we arrived at the venue the staff looked after us. The group was mixed nationalities and ages. The instructor was fluent in all languages needed for the event.
The cooking demonstration was excellent and me and my wife learnt a lot from the instructor.
The pasta we made was excellent as well as the Tiramisu desert.
The price for the event was well worth it and would really recommend anyone who is thinking about it to go.

Such a fun experience! The cooking class was in the bottom floor of a restaurant. Really helped to set the mood for cooking in Rome! Our chef, Valentina, was very experienced and entertaining. Kept walking around helping us complete each step but ensuring that we were the ones still making the pasta. We got to pick from 3 sauces once the pasta was made. Pesto was the favorite! Would definitely recommend.

This was fun to do with my daughter on our last day in Rome! Had a great time! The recipes were simple and cane out tasting delicious.

Paolo was a great and patient chef. There were 10 of us. A solo traveller, a family of four and three 13 year old girls and the two of us. Paolo has taught us how we can make fresh pasta as well as tiramisu.
The basement was a nice and cool workshop area, which was ideal after having spent many hours on the hot streets of Rome.
I loved the white cheesy sauce. My partner wasn't too impressed with the tomato sauce.
Try the (free) limoncello at the end!
