It was my first time in Medellín and was landing late at night. So this arrangement was a great no-hassle way of getting to my destination especially after a long and exhausting trip. They communicated well in advance and throughout the entire time from landing to customs to exiting and finding them. I recommend their service 100%

The driver I had was very punctual was at airport when I landed, friendly and safe driver, did not have me waiting and communicated with me the day before to confirm everything

Upon arrival I had no idea where my pick up was as no sign was up and if one of the airport workers had not called the company I may never have been picked up. I will use Uber next time

We were misled. The pick up was good the driver was on time and everything was ok. This service when completing the booking appears to be round trip and the cost as well. For the return pick up which they followed up with the details, we almost missed our flight because they were late. Then when we arrived at the airport the driver asked us to pay another $50 which is 3 times the cost of the taxi and uber. We were defrauded by this operator. The customer service and responsiveness was not good either. Round trip with uber is $49 we were scammed of $100 from this operator.

I have used this airport shuttle service on two trips to Medellin and will gladly continue to use them on future trips. The team is very professional and friendly. They communicate and provide lots of information about when and where to meet the driver and they follow-up several days before departure to make arrangements for the departure trip. The team speaks both Spanish and English. Highly recommended!

Once my driver arrived, he was super kind to me and even made a stop for me on the way - to a local store - so I could buy some items I needed at my destination. Very awesome guy.
