Another awesome trip to Paris, this time with an excellent guide Jan showing us the ropes. Don’t sweat the prices at Lafayette—dig around for deals and bargains. My wife scored big time, which made her day, while the kids and I chowed down at a rooftop restaurant with killer views of the city.

Juliette was an incredible guide, and her English was impressively good for someone from France. This was my third visit to Paris, but this time I brought my kids. Although the transfers took almost six hours, leaving us just four hours in Paris, it was totally worth it. Juliette shared lots of interesting facts about both the history and everyday life in Paris, including the preparations for the upcoming Olympics in July. She’s a natural at guiding—she kept everyone engaged, from teens to seniors. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone cruising who wants to see Paris from Le Havre.

Booking this tour was a great choice. We had an amazing day in Paris with our wonderful guide, Jan. He spoke with a charming French accent, but his English was very good and he was very knowledgeable. The drive from Le Havre was a bit tiring, but the bus was comfortable and the trip was definitely worth it. We highly recommend this tour to other cruisers stopping in Le Havre.

Our guide didn’t speak very good English and seemed to be behind on telling us to see things that we’d already passed. This should have been the best tour of our cruise but it wasn’t… just the most expensive

Very friendly and knowledgeable guide. Good English for France😊We covered everything. Lots of driving from and to Le Havre but worth all the efforts. Beautiful city! Interesting dynamic eclectic! Worth every penny - we highly recommend

The Viator bus arrived at 7:15am for a 8:30 trip. They did not contact us . They just left.
We have two additional tours we will cancel. This is unacceptable. We called Customer Service at 8:15am and they apologized and advised this service was a third party mistake.. we are expecting a refund immediately.

We went to pickup location and asked several people with signs if they were from Viator. After waiting 30 minutes we received a text from person we had asked multiple times. He didn’t seem to realize who he was with. Enjoyed the bus ride to Paris and met our guide. She seemed knowledgeable but her communication devices didn’t work. We did enjoy Paris

The trip was incredible from start to finish! Easy meet up right off our cruise ship gangway followed by a professional driver. They got us there and back and made it look easy even with the crazy traffic. Excellent service and I will happily use them again!
