The biggest problem was that the driver/tour guide spoke zero English. All guests including us were English speakers. If not for someone in the group speaking Spanish, which allowed them to communicate a little bit with the driver and translated to the rest of us, we wouldn't have know where to go, how long we were staying, etc. Poorly organized, rushed.

What an amazing experience! Our small group made the tour feel so special. Marco was fantastic and showed us all the highlights of Rome. My mom recently had knee surgery and couldn't walk much, so this tour was perfect for us. My co-worker took a big bus tour with 50 people for $150 each, but we paid just $50 more for a comfy van with only 8 people. The van could access all the best sites where big buses can't go. It was a perfect day! Thank you, Viator, and bravo Marco! We miss you so much!

Our driver was over an hour late to pick us up. The communication was horrible when we were trying to figure out where our driver was. Because of this we called Viator to see if we could get a refund. When we submitted the refund claim we received a called from the driver who proceeded to cuss at me, call me horrible names, and was just overall nasty on the phone. We again called Viator to let them know what had happened and that we did not feel comfortable continuing with the trip and they said they added the information to the claim. All to find out that viator said they will not give us a refund but will not tell us why we aren’t receiving one, even after being verbally attacked AND not going on the trip. Horrible experience

What a fun day trip into Rome! My wife and I decided to try and blitz Rome with a tour from Luca. We were able to navigate the city quickly in efficiently and saw everything we wanted to see within the time allowed by the cruise ship.
Wonderful lunch suggestion that was my wife’s favorite meal in Italy!
Highly recommend Luca for a tour of Rome!

Mario, our tour guide, was amazing! He was upbeat, really knew his stuff, and shared it all in such an engaging way. With his easygoing and charming personality, he was hands-down the best guide we've ever had! His Italian charm was absolutely magical; every woman in our party was totally charmed! Our husbands were a bit jealous and tried to keep up—so funny!:-) Rome is stunning, just like those postcards. And the food and wine? Simply scrumptious! But remember, as Mario advised, even with his connections, rushing to see everything, like the Vatican, means you might miss out on a lot. We can't wait to come back and see more, especially with Mario, who is definitely a star! We highly recommend this tour—it's packed with joy, beauty, history, and fun!
