With this masterclass you will not only learn how we prepare our paella in Costa Brava but also learn how to make any kind of paella, specially with the ingredients you have available in your area.
It is an interactive experience where guests learn about the history of paella, the different techniques to prepare it and also the way we prepare it when inviting our friends and family.
There's a possibility of preparing a vegetarian paella, let us know.

A small quaint group of us shared a very nice and unique experience, learning how to make the delicious Paella Dish, led by our Master Cook, Benjamin. The setting was on a nice rooftop with the Barcelona fresh air and blue sky. Each of the attendees partook in the cutting and preparation of Sangria and the Paella ingredients. Benjamin took the time to share the history of Paella and Barcelona as we shared some great conversation. The meal took time to prepare as Paella requires much care, which afforded us to make a second pitcher of Sangria 😊. When it came time to dine, we all enjoyed ourselves with plenty of Paella for each, while sharing in family-table conversation. Overall, a great evening and highly recommended in your Barcelona experience! Thanks Benjamin, we really enjoyed ourselves and wish you success in future endeavors.

This paella master class was by far our favorite part of our Barcelona vacation! Not only was the paella amazing, but our guide was very thoughtful and was eager to show us how paella is made. We loved this experience!
