The trip was perfect planned, Madeline took care of every detail and answered all my questions.
The driver who supposed to pick us up from the hotel was exactly early there which is ratio in Egypt :)
The cruise was an amazing experience.
The only thing I would say what made our trip little complicated was the fact that airline changed the tickets and the email was sent to the email of the travel agency but nobody informed us about the changes but it might be the email end up in spam.
Once I found out or flight was changed from 6:30PM to 9:30PM I immediately contacted Madeline and she did her best to change the tickets. She changed for the flight departing at 8:00 PM and when the airline cancelled this flight again in the last minute, she immediately took action and rebooked us on the flight at 5:30PM. We had very less time to make this flight but because of Madeline and her organization we were still able to make the flight and arrived to Cairo much earlier than planned which we really appreciated.
After this experience I would maybe change the last day, The last day was very hard because we visited all the places in Luxor in one day which was hard because the weather was hot during the day. If I would go again, I would choose to stay one more day in the hotel in Luxor and take the flight to Cairo on the next day.

Staff were all brilliant and so helpful. Food was delicious with huge choice. Great experience cruising the Nile and lovely roof top of boat with swimming pool.
Rooms a little tired. Advertised as Luxor to Aswan but actually was running from Aswan to Luxor so we had to pay for new flights and do more travelling by train to reach Aswan. Also very little communication from overall tour operator as to our daily activities and trips from the boat, but thankfully the boat front desk staff were helpful and phoned the tour company to help us. No free Wi-Fi or water.
