The guide for our Pompeii tour was wonderful, friendly and very knowledgeable. She did a wonderful job. The communication and coordination of the tour operator and the taxi service was severely lacking though. An email was sent out at 10:15pm the night before the tour changing the meeting time to 45 minutes earlier. Not all guests received the email and many were very upset about the change because they were unable to eat breakfast. It was handled well he the guide, but not the taxi driver. Also, the advertisement said 4.0 hours and the guide informed us that it was only 2 hours. That felt like false advertising to the group. Pompeii was great and our guide was lovely though.

We really enjoyed this walking tour of Pompeii. Francesco is a very experienced guide, whose knowledge helped to give us a picture of what life was like there 2,000 years ago. He has an easy style and entertains his party. The group was small (15) which m and we heard everything he said. All the arrangements went smoothly, including transport from and to Naples. We would highly recommend this tour.

Pompei tour was fascinating. Francisco was a great guide, with good humor while teaching us the amazing history. I recommend a skip the line tour like this for a first visit

This tour was amazing! Pompeii was one of the highlights of our trip. No doubt this was thanks to Francesco, our guide. He was a wealth of knowledge. As he told us about the people, community, culture, and lifestyle, it brought Pompeii to life. He knew so much, it seemed like he had once lived there. I can’t think of any detail he didn’t cover. I enjoy archaeological sites, but this one far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this tour. It should be on everyone’s bucket list.

Naples can be a chaotic place. I was very pleased that our driver found us in the exact location provided. The trip to Pompeii was easy and the van was clean. Our guide, Francesco, was the best!! He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and humorous. He was able answer many questions and navigate a busy time at the site. Worth every penny!!

Francisco was fabulous - he made the history of Pompeii come alive and helped us navigate and learn about the highlights. we were picked up and dropped off in Naples - which worked fine and saved a lot of headache and confusion trying to take the train and meet up with guides (the site is large, crowded and confusing). I advise visiting in the morning (9am) - as it only gets more crowded.

Francesco was our tour guide. I would heartily recommend him, he was very animated and knowledgeable. He has been doing these tours for 27 years. We learned a lot, while having fun. Pompeii is well worth the visit.
