The location of the balloon launch area is unbelievable! The arrival is before sunrise, so the pickup is very early. Was 5:30 in our case in October. Unfortunately the driver nor the guide spoke english but in the end it was not a problem since the tour is quite simple - we got to a place, got out, looked around for 15-20 minutes and moved to a second place close to a hill. There we watched the balloons for another half hours and then was the return.
The experience is very beautiful and unique. Highly recommended in case you are willing to get up early. We were back at the hotel at around 8 so in theory it would be possible to match with another tour the same day.
The arrangement was made with assistance of Bartu, who was very professional during the whole reservation and later support process.
The pick up time was properly communicated the day before and there were no issues.
