We are coffee farmers from Fusagasugá and a coffee company with a 50-year tradition that seeks to improve the quality of life of the regional coffee community through sustainable practices. All the coffees that you will have in this experience are organic, of sustainable and fair origin.
Our experience is not a typical coffee tasting, it is a meeting where we will discover the sensory aspects of it, enjoying different ways of preparing coffee (filtered, pressure and immersion).

I enjoyed the whole experience, from farm to the cup concept, the knowledge of the presenter, and the sense of sustainability. I also appreciate that the presenter spent time interacting with us instead of rushing through the process.

Andrea delivered a really interesting and engaging session, covering everything from flavour profiles and brewing methods to picking and preparation of the coffee beans.
The team in the cafe were very welcoming on arrival and the empanada provided as a snack was delicious!
A great session and I’m glad I bought some beans afterwards!
