Beware!!!! There is construction happening at the site that completely mask the kiosks, it took me two hours to locate them. I ended up losing my cruise time and the vendor refused to take any accountability or make any amends to put me on their earlier cruise or even refund me something towards this given that there was no mention of a construction in their directions. No customer service understanding at all!

The cruise was excellent and I would recommend it. Very relaxing, Elijah would take beautiful pictures and use your perspective of the city. You can’t get walking around.
The brakes on the bus were very good. It allows some sightseeing. I would’ve liked one more break and a little bit more walking just for pictures because it’s very difficult to take pictures on the bus and if you’re sitting on the wrong side of the bus, you may miss the scenery.

I’ll start with the one positive thing I have to say about our experience. Thomas, our tour guide was wonderful. Other than that, the tour was awful. The “boat tour” that you get, is basically a water taxi. We weren’t told any facts on it and it’s open to the public to get to neighboring locations. The chocolate factory tour on its own costs $20. This experience was $85. What I paid $85 for I am unsure. Save your money and do something else.

Our tour guide was excellent! Very informative and had a good sense of humor as well. Felt like we learned a lot about Zurich. The boat cruise was ok. Be sure to get the app in order to get the information though.

Not horrible but too many people and the bus tour format just isn’t for me. Now I know! Just for preference sake, smaller walking tours are a bit more interesting IMO.

The bus part was disappointing for us but others may have enjoyed it. There seemed to have been some Road diversions and we did not get to see much. The guide was nice and gave an interesting but very short tour.
The walking tour was good but short.
The cruise part was misleading in my opinion as the picture in this add shows a 3 decker boat but it was actually a commuter ferry, stopping in several stops.
Overall it did not live up to our expectations, but would an average score as the tour guide was good.

My wife and I enjoyed this tour because it included three great ways to see Zurich: a bus tour, a guided walking tour, and a scenic boat ride. We thought the length was about right. We enjoyed the variety of sights and experiences. We only had one full day in Zurich, so this was the ideal way to see the highlights. We think this tour offers good value for the money spent.
